Program designed for Athletes looking too maintain or sharpen skill set. This Program incorporates field exercise, R.O.M., weight and speed training. Program can be designed to specific sport. Athlete has choice to not use weights

Strength and Conditioning

Weekly/Bi-weekly/Monthly

This package is for lifters with experience seeking intermediate or advanced weight lifting. Clients have choice between toning, cutting and bulking. Conditioning included in Regimen, Client has option to put off conditioning

  • $30 Per Sessions

  • $40 Private Home Sessions

  • 1 Hour15 min Sessions

  • Gym of Choice

  • Conditioning Options (circuit training, jump rope, running)

  • Optional stretch therapy service


Cardio

Weekly/Bi-weekly/Monthly

Clients will choose between Three levels of Cardio Training. Low Level, Moderate Level and Intense Level cardio training. All session are 45 mins long. Cardio will range from running, agilities, speed ladder training, jump rope, H.I.T. training, circuit Training

  • Low level ($25)

  • Moderate Level ($30)

  • Intense Level ($35)

  • Additional $10 charge for at home service

Self-Hero Mode

Weekly/Bi-weekly/Monthly

Both coach and clients will meet up at central location of (Our) choosing (free of charge) to see where clients are with their physical performance or mobility. Clients will be run through the basics and fundamentals of coordination, motor skills and strength efficiency. Clients will then be provided their own Personal Workouts to perform on their own time. BYOH Trainers will provide clients with workouts based on their physical needs or goals. Check-ins take place weekly and a progress assessment will be done at the end of the month

  • $20 (Single Workout Program)

  • $55 (2 Workout Programs & 1 Cardio Workout)

  • $70 (3 Workout Programs & 1 Cardio Workout)

  • ** 1 Workout program consist of 4 individual workouts

  • ** 1 Cardio W. consist of either a stationary or in motion exercise


Run Club

Weekly/Bi-Weekly/Monthly

Using the Nike Run Club App, Hero’s will be able to join a running group with other Hero clients. Hero’s will be able to communicate, compete and challenge other Hero’s Alike

  • Compete in Different Running Challenges

  • Fastest to Challenge Goal Can Win a Small Prize

  • Hero Who Runs Most Miles Within a Month Can Also Win a Small Prize


 

New Performers

Introductory fitness program for beginners or those getting back in routine. Clients have choice between Aerobics and Weightlifting. Optional stretch therapy service included
