SCHEDULE a Free Workout Assessment
A free 30-minute workout where Clients will inform BYOH Coaches of where they are physically. After clients submit assessment form, Both coach and clients will meet up at central location of (Our) choosing (free of charge) to see where clients are with their physical performance or mobility. Clients will be run through the basics and fundamentals of coordination, motor skills and strength efficiency. Clients will also have the opportunity to try unique workouts, receive moral support, and get direct answers to all of their questions.
